Star Trek™: Elite Force II for Windows

A classic first-person shooter set in the Star Trek universe

Star Trek: Elite Force II is a first-person shooter (FPS) game set in the Star Trek universe. It was originally released in 2003 and featured many recognizable characters from the Star Trek TV shows.

This game is a follow-on from the popular Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force and is essentially an incremental update of that game in terms of gameplay but with a new story. It features approximately 20 hours of main campaign gameplay, with additional playability through multiplayer modes.

Join the hazard team

As with the previous game in the franchise, the player takes on the role of a member of the hazard team, an elite team of fighters out to protect the Federation. This game sees the player travel; to a range of different locations, from starships to alien colonies under siege. There are also a number of alien strongholds to raid.

A standard shooter

Like the previous game, Star Trek: Elite Force II is a relatively standard shooting game from the early 2000s. There are over a dozen weapons to do battle with, as well as both multiplayer and single-player game modes. Multiplayer modes include deathmatch-style games, capture the flag, and more.

A good but dated shooter game

Star Trek: Elite Force II has enjoyed a lot of positive feedback from players, going beyond just those who were fans of the game during its initial release in 2003. The graphics look dated due to the age of the game, but the gameplay itself holds up well. Multiplayer gameplay is only available via TCP/IP LAN, however.
